I like it. Its a nice cruising style electric bike. This is definitely a cruiser for open areas. Wouldn't recommend this for bouncing around the city as the style of the bike and the weight would make that a big cumbersome. I did order the 20" version which is to compact for my 6ft frame. I can ride the bike, it just isn't the most comfortable with my height. My wife is 5'4 and this 20" version fits her nicely. So I wouldn't recommend the 20" version to anyone of 5'8, rather if you are 5'8 or over you should choose the 26" versionSo the box arrived to my door well packed, actually a little overpacked. It is packed like a typical bike in a box, but its wrapped in an unnecessary amount of foam and bubble wrap. I actually grew a little irritated removing all the foam and bubble wrap which is taped on in some places and zip tied in others. Assembly was fairly simple and included are all the tools you need to assemble it, though it is a bit more convenient and faster to assemble if you have your own standard tools. If I remember correctly you have to put the handlebars in the post and tighten it down, install the front wheel and brake, place the the seat in the seat post, install the pedals, and install the little accessories such as the mirrors and splash guards. It may seem like a lot to those of you who are less inclined to assemble things, but its actually fairly easy and the directions are pretty clear. Id say it took me about 45 minutes from unpacking to fully assembled, and half that time was spent just removing foam, bubble wrap, and zip-ties.The bike is actually a pretty robust design with nice and consistent welds. I dont like the touring motorcycle style banana seat though with the backrest. I understand why they chose it, as this bike is made for comfortable cruising, but the seat is just not designed well. It has little padding and curved section in which you will be seating makes it fairly difficult to make use of the backrest. The good thing is that its a standard diameter seat post and standard saddle rails, so installed a different seat on the bike wouldn't be a problem. I really like how the battery is locked in with a key and is easily removed and swapped out, which makes it possible to carry an additional battery with you for those long cruises or you could simply just remove the battery when locking the bike up outside.I was a bit skeptical about this one, as this electric bike has 20in wheels and much larger frame than my little 12" electric bike but has the same wattage motor. Now I won't claim to know the science behind it but somehow it still works out well. This bike still gets up to speed faster and moves a bit faster than my 12" electric bike, even with my 6' 225-pound frame, which I was surprised by. The bike comes with these aggressive dirt tires which baffled me a bit. The bike is made for cruising asphalt not drudging through dirt trails. In fact changing the tires to a less aggressive tire made for pavement would more than likely make the bike more efficient and a bit faster. Dont get me wrong, they are great quality tires, and work just fine on the bike, just not ideal for this style of bike. I love how you can adjust the power setting right on the handlebar with a push of a button. These days with everything being app driven its nice that its right on the handlebar. The motorcycle style throttle works perfectly with this bike. The throttle and smooth and requires very little effort to turn. The throttle does not move the bike when turned that firs 1/2". You have to turn the throttle past that for it to start moving which I like. I am not sure if this was an intentional feature, but it works out well for safety. The pedals are plastic which is fine for this style of bike. I really dig the disc brakes. They offer you plenty of stopping power even on inclines and they are made well. All the cables and wires are tucked in on this bike really well. There are no snag points where the cables or wires protrude from the bike, which I can't say the same for electric bikes Ive had in the past. I opted not to install the mirrors and splash guard, but they are easily installed if you want them.I cant give exact numbers are the battery charge, but it seems to be sufficient. Took the bike on a couple mile ride and the battery level only dropped by one notch. Though lithium batteries are much more efficient, they charge slowly. Even with the bikes battery only at half the battery still took some hours to charge to full, which with my knowledge of lithium batteries is still reasonable.The bike is not perfect, but overall I like it. It has plenty of power for the type of riding its meant for. Its quality made and doesnt feel like its going to fall apart when you ride it like some of these off-brand products can feel. Just remember that this bike is meant to be a comfortable cruising on asphalt and pavement. Its not meant to run on dirt trails, and its not meant for bouncing around crowded cities. The pedal assist makes it do well on slight grades and the dual disc brakes mean you will have plenty of stopping power coming down those grades. If you are looking for an electric bike just to get out and have a leisurely ride on open roads and paved pathways, this isn't a bad way to go.
