Like you (probably), I was looking for a budget tracking option. I was thrilled when it arrived and I was able to get it up and running with no problems. It even came with an HDMI cable. Visually, it's okay, although the chrome "Sceptre" logo on the front reflects my fingers on the keyboard and is a bit distracting. The real problem is with the "built-in speakers". You are useless. I was sure that Windows is somehow manipulating the volume levels and making them stay low, but after all the troubleshooting available (and reading a lot of other comments) I'm just disappointed and realize I've gotten " once again what I paid for". for". Personally, I think it's important to rate/review a product honestly, even if it's rated as "got what you paid for". I wouldn't buy it again.
