My experience shopping at WAFJAMF's online store left me feeling quite dissatisfied, despite the fact that I am an experienced user of culinary tools. In spite of the fact that they claimed to use high-quality components, the utensils I ordered turned out to be fragile and badly built. The spatula handles seemed cheap and difficult to hold, and I actually broke one of them in two while I was using it to flip a burger. In addition, I found it tough to browse their website, and it was even more challenging to locate the particular cooking tools that I required. When I tried to contact their customer service for a refund or exchange, I was met with nothing. This made the situation much more frustrating. Avoid the hassle and go elsewhere for high-quality cooking equipment instead of buying them here. The time and money spent on WAFJAMF are not worthwhile.
