My house has hard water and it can sometimes leave a film on the dishes when I use the dishwasher. I used Finish dishwasher tablets (which work best with water in my area), but our dishwasher eventually bit the dust. The new one comes with a sample of Jet Dry liquid, so of course I used that. Then I ran out of sample and saw the difference. With him - no film. Without her, I could feel the film on some freshly washed plates. I kept buying it at the grocery store and always seemed to forget it, so I finally got it here at Revain. While I don't particularly like buying extra rinse aid, if your water is as hard as mine, do what you have to do. And Jet Dry works.
