The ability to check in missing persons or people who are overdue has been great! Also being able to search incident reports by date range allows me to see how our department handled any issues that occurred during this time period so I can improve upon them next year if necessary. It does not have an option to send out alerts only when someone's birthday comes up which would be helpful sometimes. Being able to share files between departments as well as searching incidents over different dates makes it very useful.
