Great eMail tool for my business needs
The ability to change templates as needed, being ableto add attachments directly from your computer via ftp uploads/downloading are some of its great features! I will continue using this product due it's ease-of use & low learning curve once you have learned how easyUltra Mail can be used along with their support team who make sure they answer any questions right away!! Not much at present but only because we're just starting out so nothing major yet :) We've been provided very helpful training by our sales rep regarding setting up emails correctly (ie correct images) which saves us time not having them sent incorrectly first go around!
Pros
- Ease in usage for almost anyone no need background knowledge or experience when working wth email marketing software such as these types that require little technical skills; everything is laid perfectly before one if familiar enough..it takes minimal effort while most other systems take hours sometimes even days worth of setup process depending upon complexity desired..and therefor efficiency increases greatly ! It allows me more freedom than ever without needing an IT person constantly fixing problems etc.as all
