Review on Shoulder Massage Electric Massager Dislocation by Kattie Steffens

Firstly, the massage part of this device is terrible. I had more trouble with a device that just bothered my shoulder with the hard plastic and then provided relief. The massager does not move and is difficult to move after turning on the heating pad. The heating pad itself: This is more of an upper bicep heating pad. I was looking for something that would heat up the upper shoulder/neck area as well as the back more. This product doesn't fit at all. I like the design of the straps and the plug release, but everything else is just below average in my opinion.
