A Disappointing Experience at a Remote Store

Honestly, I was very disappointed with how REMOTE STORE worked for me. In my line of work as a life coach, I always encourage my students to have high standards for themselves and others. There is a lot of unnecessary complexity on their website. It's like attempting to find your way through a maze. The costs are exorbitant once you do track down what you want. It's obvious that REMOTE STORE puts profit before client satisfaction. The quality of their goods, however, was a major letdown for me. I bought a top-of-the-line anti-theft gadget, but it stopped working after a couple of months. I tried to get in touch with their customer service department, but they were completely useless and unresponsive to my requests. It's obvious that REMOTE STORE doesn't care about the quality of their goods or the happiness of their customers. My job requires me to inspire others to improve themselves and to have high standards for those around them. Regrettably, REMOTE STORE does not live up to expectations. A better selection and more helpful staff can be found elsewhere. I would never suggest REMOTE STORE because of the terrible experience I had with them.

Pros
  • The support staff is very useful.
Cons
  • There is a possibility that the quality of some merchandise is lacking.
