This is way better than Apple's OEM lock because I couldn't find a lock that fits Apple's OEM lock (it might be possible, but my Kensington lock definitely doesn't quite fit, despite an hour Aggravation). Although according to the included instructions I had to use a magnifying glass with this blocking setting (e.g. there is no PDF to zoom in to see the detail required) it turned out great. The only thing that could and should be better is the cable - it's rather thin. Thicker metal around the perimeter would be even better (although the bottom part still has to be thin of necessity). You may also need a good magnifying glass to read the instructions that come with it.
