I just purchased this and tried it out. It looks just like the picture. Watch the helpful videos that are on their website about the correct way to open and close them. I didn't and I opened them incorrectly but it was easily corrected after watching the video and now I see how easily it opens and closes when done the right way. I really like this product and may buy more.
