I was very impressed with their quality when they arrived. They are heavy and strong. I was also surprised at how insanely easy they are to install. How super easy. The switch for them isn't at the top, it's a toggle switch about 2-2.5 feet down the cord. I improvised and just used a cable cap, cut around the switches and then painted the cable cap. Now the switches behave like normal wall switches, which is actually very convenient. I was happy that both lights and the position of the switch on the cord were the same and the same. The finish is matte black, the dark champagne part of the wall mount is not good and not silver. Love the design and shape. Suitable for a more modern home or a more rustic/country home.
