The best feature of tracker software it's that we can use from anywhere via internet without any need for installation or hardware devices like laptops etc., It has inbuilt chat facility which helps us communicate with our clients easily even when they are offline as well as online at office timings. Its interface looks very simple but its user friendly too because anyone who have basic knowledge about computers will be able understand this product quickly & effortlessly. I would say there isn't anything i dislike so far while using net results tracker application since all features seem good enough for tracking project status. We used NRT during my previous job where I was working remotely (from home) over client site/office location hence always needed quick access / communication regarding ongoing projects alongwith their statuses whenever required by me personally OR team members present locally - whether those were local people sitting next door desk nearby computer screen connected directly across network cable.
