NOT entirely fleece, but still comfortable.
Outside it looks like a satin fabric and inside it looks like a stuffed animal.
If you've ever torn up a stuffed animal and seen/felt the inside of the toy, this is what these pants feel like. I thought they were fluffier but they are still good pants.
