It just didn't work. I spent a good 10 hours of my time getting it to work. I bought it because it was around $140 which I think was a good deal compared to AdderLink's USB/Video KVM Extenders which cost around $350 new. I just wanted to extend the HP touchmonitor 50 feet from his computer. I finally managed to transmit a decent video signal, but it NEVER read signals from the mouse or keyboard, or even the touchmonitor itself. I'll keep working on this in my "free time" but I have no hope. I'll edit my review when I get something. I would suggest buying a new AdderLikn USB KVM Extender, but at the time I didn't think it made sense to pay full price for something that would only be used for a month.
