Review on Lignomat Md 0 Mini Ligno Moisture Meter by Aaron Thawngzauk

Lignomat make excellent moisture meters and I have the MD/C and E/D models. If you purchase the MD/C version you have the additional option of adding remote cables and sensors. They are very handy for kiln drying hardwood because I can leave the cords and remote sensors in the kiln and just attach a moisture meter to check the humidity. MD/C reads integers up to 6%, while E/D reads up to tenths of a percent below 10% moisture content (also up to 6%). Longer pins are supplied with these counters. I use longer cables with the E/D meter and shorter cables + remote control cables with MD/C. Both counters appear to be reliable, and most importantly, all readings are reliable! I have used cheap gauges in the past which have varied between 5-8% when reseating pins in the same area of the same board. Not with lignomate. I usually see the exact same readings when I reinsert pens in the same area.** Note. Model MD/C shown in the picture **
