Difficult to install compared to more expensive plumbing fixtures

This item comes with a very cheap teflon tape. Do yourself a favor and go to Home Depot and buy something for around $2.29 and you'll feel better. The instructions state that the connections only need to be hand-tightened, so the company will not compensate those who damage the device, neither the finish nor the case. Seals with wrenches, in this case you should use a pair of duct plugs because the toilet side connector is round and cannot be grabbed with a regular wrench. Manually without leaks is simply impossible to install.
