There is nothing wrong with functionality. However, the optics and build quality leave room for improvement. Compared to the factory lever, the inscriptions and gauges look paltry. Also, the end cap was mounted at the wrong angle, making the lights difficult to see during the day because they point too far. The ending should have been rolled back more. Unfortunately, Ford no longer makes them, so finding a new one is difficult if not impossible, and getting one from a junkyard can lead to the same problem that prompted you to buy another one in the first place, which probably is frayed/broken wires. For the money I can't complain too much, it works as expected, I just think more attention could be paid to improving the aesthetics and build quality.
