I like the idea of having modifiable bit holders in the case so you can adapt it to your setup. An improvement would be if you could mount the bit holders either right side up or upside down. This gives you more room next to longer drills to fill in the empty space above short drills. Another idea would be to have bit holders that have a gap on one side to allow longer drill bits to take up that space, but you could still use the rest of this row. It would also be nice if there were more than four mounting points for the brackets to allow for a little more customization. One interesting thing that I didn't notice until I was just looking at it is that there are four bit holders on the far right - two on top and two on the bottom. A good place to store regular non-impact bits as the rest of the bit holders are designed for narrow neck bits.
