Ingenuity meets Mystery Ranch quality!

I was a bit skeptical about this bag. I'm always looking for a bag with thick, padded shoulder straps that I'm comfortable in, and I've always imagined that if I needed a backpack, I'd just carry it. How useful is a backpack that folds into a bag? Well, it turns out I mostly put this bag in another backpack. If I'm traveling with someone who decides to buy something, I'll take out a foldable backpack for them to carry! I can also just toss this thing in the car and it doesn't take up space, or even more annoying, the seat belts get caught everywhere. This is a very comfortable bag! As for the previously mentioned shoulder straps, I love the nicely designed and padded straps. I was really surprised that these straps are actually very comfortable when the bag is loaded at the bottom. I don't know what kind of voodoo magic Mystery Ranch invested in, but it works. Another thing is that when I break this bag open, it turns out to be surprisingly light. That in itself encourages me to pack light, which I've never done before. Now I understand what ultra-light puristic backpackers are. Ultralight backpack for free! Looking at every inch of this bag, I can see the attention to detail and design that makes this bag as relatively durable and dependable as my Mystery Ranch Blackjack. The design and finish is actually brand new! I would recommend it to anyone who likes to carry light stuff or those who often don't want to carry a backpack but are faced with busy hands every now and then. Owning really pays off!
