Review on Smorgasbord by George Jacobson

I've tried a few times to buy a copy of their software (they're now called Widen), and it was just terrible. I'm a designer, not a programmer, and I could never figure out what was going on under the hood, and the UI wasn't intuitive at all. Even if you could figure it out, it's pretty much impossible to use if you aren't familiar with the terms. I've also heard horrible things about the customer service. So I'm definitely not recommending it. If you're interested in a CRM/accounts-based workflow tool, give Freshbooks a try. It's a bit cheaper and a better fit for small businesses.
