Review on Tele-Support HelpDesk by Marc Stewart

The interface is very easy to use. It has all of the features that I need in order to keep my customers happy. There are some minor issues here and there but nothing major as far as functionality goes. They have an excellent support team who will help you out if needed. Overall it's been great so far and I am looking forward to using this service in the future! We do not currently use any other telephonic system. This program allows us to provide our clients with 24/7 customer service which was something we did not have before.
