Beautifully glowing. Blooms in the sun.
On painted plywood - loses power when exposed to the sun most of the day. A week later he disappeared completely. The texture is like white elm glue and when it dries it looks like elm glue. Two layers isn't bad - not invisible, but not too noticeable either. It actually takes at least two to shine. The more the better, but each layer is more visible in the light. .like Elmer's glue. I'm not sure if it's matte. More like satin. It's really cool in black light! * Proven Elmers glue. This is not Elmers glue and the glue does not glow.
