I can't say that I was completely satisfied with the product.

Large-sized armchair. I recently borrowed the identical item from a friend who is substantially taller and more chubby than I am. As a result, this chair is simply too big for me, and the lateral support, which was designed similarly to automobile seats, does not actually work for me.
Anatomy and ergonomics for a triple, with a bonus.
I won't ever sit in a chair like that again, and I won't suggest it to anyone, especially if you intend to use it for extended periods of time. Prior to going into self-isolation, I spent $12,000 on another chair from a hoff, which is about three times less expensive than DXRacer. And despite having fewer adjustments, that chair is more comfy.

Cons

The pillow under the neck can only be moved a very little amount, making it hard for you to modify the neck support on your own. The lumbar support is the same. Although incredibly heated, leatherette is rather tough. I'll never sit in a leather or leatherette chair again. Even though the chair was put together by experts from the business that officially sells these chairs, the rocking mechanism still works. Almost everything generally functions, even the armrests, though it typically holds firmly.
