I once had the perfect peeler. It was made of stainless steel and had a blue powder coating along the handle. I found it at my local Meijer store and it soon became a staple in my professional kitchen. Unfortunately when it was lost I searched for a replacement for years (3 years) and Meyer stopped wearing it. Long story short, this knife comes closest to that and it works like a dream. It's sharp and made to basically just remove the shell. It has a good weight and feels good in the hand. The handle can be too long, so sometimes you have to "choke". Otherwise great.
