This is a fine and well presented Y-shaped stainless steel cleaning knife. It's a good weight and cleans really well. It comes gift boxed and is a quality and attractive knife that works so well. I recommend!

I prefer Y-shaped cleaners to sticks as I feel I can use them quicker and the cleaners fall better without sticking to the unit. This works well and is very ergonomic, the handle feels good in the hand and the knife has a good weight overall. For me an indispensable helper in the kitchen, which speeds up the cleaning of fruit and vegetables enormously.

This knife is a feast for the eyes. It comes in an exquisite velvet box and has a beautiful chrome finish. It is very large, has a good weight and fits perfectly in the hand. The blade is extremely sharp. Hard to believe it's only $10. In addition, it is amazingly functional. It has the right blade agility that easily takes the shape of fruit, veg or fruit and makes it easy to clean. Highly recommended!

Pros: Stainless steel blade and very sharp Cons: The handle is very well made but too big for my hand I have used a vegetable peeler for many years. I have/had some really cheap ones that I liked, except the blades weren't stainless steel and started to rust over time. Because they were plastic and small, I could easily grab and hold them so working with potatoes, carrots, apples, etc. was a FAST prep to serve. This item would be great for me if the handle was significantly smaller

I once had the perfect peeler. It was made of stainless steel and had a blue powder coating along the handle. I found it at my local Meijer store and it soon became a staple in my professional kitchen. Unfortunately when it was lost I searched for a replacement for years (3 years) and Meyer stopped wearing it. Long story short, this knife comes closest to that and it works like a dream.
