Purchased this bolt on 6th July 2019 while towing a 28ft trailer with an F350 and have never removed it since installing. Made several trips, maybe 6 in total and they were all within a few hundred miles. On this trip we traveled from North Dallas to Phoenix so the total trip was just over 2,000 miles. Just drove from Sedona to Gallup, New Mexico. Ran back into the Petrified Forest and when we got back to the park as I walked around the back of the truck the hitch was inches from falling out. There was no needle at all. What scares me is how long the pin has been loosened, the lock gone. Check it often; Since the pin and clutch are black, it's easy to miss the problem.
