Do not buy white: cutting boards
Overall, I am happy with this purchase. I don't like the price tag, but switching from a wooden cutting board to this was a nice transition. One thing I would advise anyone reading this is don't buy white. I say that because I cook a lot of chicken and when it's time to wash the board it's hard to notice any leftover pieces of chicken. Looking back, I would have bought it in blue. Another thing to note is that it stains very easily. I don't care about product aesthetics, but if I do, keep that in mind.
