Review on 🌡️ Temperature-Adhesive Strip by Jamie Behm

I'm new to kombucha so I wanted to make sure I have everything I need to get things going in the right direction. I love this timeline. I allow myself to keep my drink at a constant temperature without guessing or disturbing my batch by inserting a temperature probe. I also have heating tape to keep my jugs warm as my house NEVER goes over 66 in the winter and 72 in the summer. With this time strip I can adjust the heat range accordingly to keep it constant at 80 degrees. The only downside is that you can't put the glass it's attached to in the dishwasher.
