Review on π Bussmann Dia 1 Blade Fuse Diagnostic Tool by Fred Massingill
Multimeter conflict
It is very convenient to remove the fuse. But I have a problem. For some fuses this tester will light up and I assume the fuse is energized but the multimeter can't measure a voltage, while for some other fuses this tester's light will be off but the multimeter can measure a voltage of 12V.
