First I sent this item back and got my money back. I needed to be mobile and work from home for hours, I just needed something simple to surf the web, browse and check email. The screen quality is very poor, the screen is dark. I often had to blink. I was always trying to find ways to customize it, there just weren't any options. The main problem was the capacity of the internal storage. During 2 weeks of light usage, I kept getting free storage notifications because it was almost full. But there was nothing to erase, because everything written in it was needed for the operation of the device he was talking about. Also, I haven't downloaded or installed anything. If you're on a tight budget, I recommend you keep saving. You will spend money and time on it.
