The ease of use to get started with all our translations has been great! We have several projects where we were asked by clients who did not speak English well enough (or at ALL) but wanted their documents translated into Spanish or Portuguese as part payment up front without any guarantee they would even be used in court - this was perfect because it gives us complete control over what gets done when paying upfront instead relying only upon them being able pay if needed later down stream from using those products/services which are vital parts such project management software etc., The pricing structure was very fair in comparison to competitors I used as well with excellent customer support! They have been helpful at every turn when it comes to questions or concerns about their product/services. In particular they were able to provide help quickly during my testing period of using them without realizing there are some differences between what we use internally versus how this platform works (vs our previous software).
