Looks refurbished, not new.
It seems that these are refurbished tweezers. Not exactly, not sharp. I've been using this brand for years and I usually buy from beauty stores but thought why not order from Amazon Prime. I'm not thrilled with this order at all, especially for the $40 price tag!
