I followed the size chart. My hips are 33 inches so I ordered 3. They fit perfectly. The fabric is very high quality and looks professional. I'm 5ft 4in and the length is perfect for me. These pants are far superior to the competition. I've also ordered similar models from Nautica (Junior size 1 and Big Girl size 14) and Lee (Curvey (not my spelling) 0). The Nautica and Lee look a lot cheaper due to the thinner fabric and don't look like they'll last either.
