My muscle-massaging buddy

Product: NURSAL TENS Unit EMS Muscle Stimulator with 24 Modes & 14 Electrode Pads for Pain Relief & Management, Rechargeable Dual Channel Electrical Stimulation Massager for Muscle Conditioning - NURSALI’m no expert when it comes to TENS units (I’ve only used two, including this one) but in my experience this little device is a great companion for relieving muscle tension. After a long, strenuous day typically I would seek relief from a long, hot shower. That works well, but this devices works even better at targeting specific areas that are tight and tense (I used it primarily on my shoulders). Of course, TENS units aren’t a replacement for traditional full-body massages and chiropractic sessions (if needed), but in my experience this unit has allowed me to reduce how often I need those appointments. The unboxing experience was quite nice as each component was sealed separately. First-timers will appreciate the detailed instruction booklet. Not only does it tell you which areas of the body this unit works with, it also shows you how to place the sticky pads. And speaking of sticky pads, this unit ships with 3 different sizes/shapes for a total of 14 pads - nice! The actual operation of the device is quite simple too, with navigation buttons and a large back-lit display. The unit is tiny and slips into my pocket easily, which allows me to gently move around the house while the unit works its magic (but it’s probably better if you sit still while using it).I mainly use the TENS mode at level 5 and have no issue feeling the tension melt away. Since there’s 20 total intensity levels, first-timers should be very careful to start the unit at a low level before working their way up - don’t get surprise-zapped!Overall, first-timers really can’t go wrong with this unit. The lack of a USB power brick is a little annoying, but for the price you get a highly effective and easy-to-use unit, with detailed instructions to boot. Nicely done, NURSAL!
