I opened the box and was a little disappointed at first, I was like there's no way this tiny thing will do anything. I was always skeptical of these type of units but pulled the trigger and got one. I had been having some sore muscles in my neck and wanted to see if this would clear it up. It sure did! This small device helps much in relieving tightness from those pain points specifically joints (for which I ordered this device). The pads adhere is of good quality and it does holds them at same point and doesn't pain at all during taking them off. I mostly use it at mode 21-24 and can feel instant relief. Its small and compact and very easy to take it with you during travel.

I've never used a TENS unit before, so I was fairly happy at how easy it was to set this up. The instructions are clear, too.As far as performance, I like it best on the lowest-second to lowest settings. It can get pretty strong.It's also much smaller than I expected, which will be great for travel.
