I opened the box and was a little disappointed at first, I was like there's no way this tiny thing will do anything. I was very wrong this thing has some huge kick even at its lower settings I haven't even tried it all the way turned up I've barely gone half. The battery also lasts super long I haven't charged it since I've gotten it and I've used it a lot and have had friends try it out. It will have your muscles dancing for sure and the different settings are pretty nice. I will complain on the other hand on how you change modes is kind of a pain to do because you have to hold the button for a second to switch modes but other than that it's been pretty awesome. I've tried like an expensive one that my father had that was like a military prescribed one, and this is definitely in that league or even higher in terms of strength. For the price this is definitely well worth it for the compactness and strength.
