I replaced the vertical trim on the rear of my rv. At the roof about 4 inches of that trim is bent over the roof. BE SURE TO HAVE YOUR SCREW COVER INSERT IN PLACE BEFORE/WHILE BENDING THE ALIMINUM TRIM. ONCE BENT TO THE REQUIRED ANGLE PULL THE INSERT BACK TO (NOT PAST) THE CORNER, FINAL SCREW, REPLACE LAST OF INSERT. I realized I screwed up as I bent the trim around the corner and watched the insert groves close. I was able to trim the insert at the corner to make it fit. not a full fail as the insert is not intended to be a water seal and I put some clear sealant over the error, but if details mater to you. Also the predrilled holes did not match the factory holes so I had to thicken some epoxy epoxy fill the original screw holes in rv paneling. Not a big deal.
