Review on Efficient Trunk Mount Rack for Beach Cruisers: Hollywood Racks Gordo 2-Bike by Michael Skerving

I've had this bike rack for three months now and am very happy with it. I ordered it after reading reviews that said it was easily carried by a city dweller and easily attached to a car. I have a Subaru Impreza station wagon and it was very easy to fit. I'm 65 years old and it's very easy to attach the rack and lift the bike on it. The straps are long though, but I cut them a bit shorter and burned the ends. After first fitting the trunk to my car, I simply lowered the support arms, which released the straps so they could be easily removed and then reattached without much readjustment. It is also true that you should stop every now and then on long bike rides to make sure that the seat belts are still tight. I've ridden two bikes, no problem, but no more than 20-30 miles. Good product.
