Edit: After hours of searching for contact information and an extensive chat session with an Amazon rep, I was able to contact the seller via Amazon messages. They quickly offered a solution. The pump I had was ordered earlier, so they offered the option of replacing a similar model with a float switch. In summary, don't fall for ASURION's extended warranty and be prepared to spend hours trying to get a manufacturer warranty replacement if you're outside of Amazon's standard returns window. This is not the supplier's fault, it is how Revains prevents customers from receiving the warranty service they rightfully deserve.
