FLUENTPOWER Utility Stainless Submersible Adapter Review

This submersible water pump is very powerful and very quiet. Pumps up very quickly and strongly. The hose is easy to connect to the pump. It's easy to use. There is no on/off switch. I just plug it in and it starts pumping. The power cord is thick and very long. The pump is made of stainless steel. Overall the pump is great!

Overall good job. The switch is a bit delicate. It is a bit difficult to start the pump when the pump is at the bottom of a pool of water about 30 cm deep. But it worked. Make sure that no dirt gets into the suction holes, otherwise they will become blocked. I used a flower pot on the floor and put a pump in it. Just make sure your container has enough flow to keep up with the pump.

I use it to flush the boiler when needed (Navien). This works very well. I have only one problem. I'm not sure if the manufacturer can tell me if this is normal. But I have to submerge it completely because the little round black tab at the top splashes water. So I completely submerge this part so it doesn't splatter all over the place. At first I loaded 3/4 or the pump and I quickly got wet from that leaking tongue. Other than that, it performs well and works great for what I use it for. Flush

This pump is designed for clear water and not suitable for ponds as the water inlet is on the bottom below. I replaced the bottom cap with one, removed the other faulty pump and it works fine now, although the flow seems a bit less than the previous pumps. The price is cheap so I just order a new one instead of sending it back. These pumps typically last 6-8 months and we run them about 8 hours a day. We filter through a large underground OASE filter.

The only downside is that the float switch has a small hole where it has room to move. ----- New pump, second pump, new pump leaks where the power cords come out of the stainless steel housing.
