Review on 💪 Efficient and Durable: Red Lion 14942402 Submersible Deep Well Pump by Greg Princeking

Installed to replace an almost identical Franklin Electric that had been in service for about 10 years and one fine day simply decided to stop pumping. The check valve is clean, the engine rotates. but the telltale bits of plastic falling out of the case let me know the impeller had expired. Ordered this Red Lion/Franklin Electric as a direct replacement. Furnished . Fully functional for 78 days until it started ringing in my tank like a Cummins 12 valve and just a trickle of water flowed to my fountain regulator which was set at a low 40psi. . I could only imagine that they are one and the same. less than 10 years lifespan. It was built into a shallow cistern. I myself have been running the same system for over 7 years without any problems. There is no floating debris here and the water is actually supplied from the local municipal supply system. The pump inlet was never less than fully submerged in water. Fast forward to the panic trying not to replace him with another Red Lion. I switched to a different jet pump. I now have a pump that I would like to at least replace but of course I would like my money back. .
