I like that it gives us more detail than other options we've had in place before this one so far (not saying there are better ones out here but just to give you an idea). It's not easy for our team members who don't have IT background or computer experience at all yet - they need training/support from someone knowledgeable about these types of things first because some tasks can be quite overwhelming without help needed! We're now able monitor user accesses using its logs easily as well :) Good thing is also when something happens then red hawk network will notify me right away via email instead waiting hours only by logging through their site :D.
