How can such a simple, elegant design go so wrong in terms of ease of installation? Most egregiously, the four smaller screws that are supposed to attach the stand to the wall mount don't fit well on the pre-made wall plate. Too tight! Are the holes really clogged? Wrong size screws ended up in my package? Plastic wall plugs state in the instructions a drill diameter of 0.8cm, I recommend around 0.5cm unless you want your plugs to push into the wall cavity from behind like one of mine did when trying to to fasten the plate. Finally, because the top screws are so tight, it's almost impossible to get them all the way in with a wall anchor that's attached to the wall! A 10 year old could have designed the corners of this thing better!
