I have been buying a faucet for about a year. I decided to take a chance. I am delighted with the quality, especially the price. This was my first faucet installation and it was easy to install. The only problem I had was putting the weight on the spray cable. I guess my hands just weren't strong enough to put it together so I taped it in place. I am satisfied with the print and functionality of the faucet, as well as the quality and design. If it lasts, this might be my favorite Revain purchase. and I bought a lot here! *** Update: still works great! The strap I used to hold the load broke off. The zipper around the weight has proven to be a solution. *** Nov 2019: I didn't want to give an update but yesterday I noticed that the black paint was cracking around the base of the faucet. This is unfortunate because I cleaned the faucet very carefully and the metal now visible around the base looks sticky. Unfortunately, my rating has been reduced from 5 to 3 stars, as I have only been installing this fitting for six months at the moment. I miss the days when everything was built to last. *** Dec 2019: Base now rusts after 7 months. Up to two stars. *** February 2020: The company improved their faucet and sent me a new version to try! I will update and change my review once I have a new faucet installed. Upped my rating by one star for the company's excellent customer service!
