Good device, need stronger USB ports

I would give 5 stars here if it weren't for the second. On my first the silver spacer between two USB ports fell out and the only reason it hasn't happened again is because I know to keep an eye on it and put it back in if it looks loose. If the USB ports were stronger I would give it 5 stars. Works perfectly with my desktop PC and my girlfriend's MacBook via USBC dongle, image quality as expected.
