Review on Keyhole Tailgate Latch Handle for 2007-2013 Toyota Tundra, Replaces# 69090-0C040, 690900C040, 81213 by Grant Nordstrom

I've owned my third tailgate handle in just over a year (Rock Warrior 2011). This stylus weighs noticeably more than the previous one I bought from Revain and I expect it to be as good as the stock OEM stylus (which also broke). Do yourself a favour: Grease ALL moving parts when disassembling the tailgate for installation. Previous handles only opened by holding the handle far to the left (despite lubricating all the above parts) and worked best with light pressure on the tailgate itself. It remains to be seen if this grip actually holds up, but the plastic appears to be firmer and opens slightly, at least for the moment, when the grip is held from any position. I've ordered two so if this one breaks I'll have another one, but at least on initial installation I can see that this one will last.
