Update 12/07/21 - I wore the first pair all last winter and they have served me well. However, the material has stretched a bit after a few washes. I also realized that tighter straps were better for me as there was less material getting in the way while riding. This time I ordered a second pair in US L and it should work better. I also now have another pair from another brand also in size L and while the other is better quality both padding and material this Santic is a good support should you have to ride two days in a row while the other is the Steam may not be dry yet, or you just need a chance. For longer rides like 2 hours or more I wouldn't take them again, the other brand is much better but costs twice as much and is probably one of the better deals. For my typical tours in winter, which last no longer than an hour, they are definitely suitable. Last year I ordered US XL for the first time but they were a bit tight for my feet. I've reordered for XXL and they fit much better, I'm 5ft 10" and about 195lbs.
