Intuitive platform with great customer support

I like the fact that I can handle all the calls in the same way, the system is very intuitive and the fact that I can handle all the calls in the same way, the system is very intuitive and the fact that I can manage all the calls in the same way.

Pros
  • The ability to assign cases with different priority levels;The easy interface for managing your work load efficiently as well as being able to quickly create new tasks or take away ones you've completed are really good features about this software which makes it super convenient when assigning workloads!
Cons
  • It's not always so quick at loading up data from previous weeks' case notes
