I like that it has many useful options for both clients as well as employees; however some may have difficulty using them at first since they are so different than most other platforms out there. If you want an efficient way to communicate with customers this software really excels! It provides great customer service by making communication between all parties much easier - no more emailing back-and forth or wasting time waiting around for voicemails to be returned/heard during meetings because everyone's too busy responding via Skype instead.
