Edit: A company representative contacted me and was very responsive to my review. So I added another star. She also said they are investigating the problem with the Jeep Wrangler. Hopefully they can lengthen the part that attaches to the back of the air vent for those of us with a Jeep Wrangler. After seeing some other feedback from Jeep owners, I believe the company will have a whole new customer base if they do this. Since they featured a Jeep Wrangler in their ad, I figured it would work with my 2015 Rubicon JKU Anniversary add-on. I was wrong. If I don't want to cut a hole in one of the vents, I might as well use other iPhone holders that clamp onto a vent. However, I've used 3M tape along with a screw retainer and it's a workable solution at best. However, it often moves from left to right. I'm disappointed that it doesn't work well on my jeep. Btw I have already used another great place to mount the phone for my CB radio and my wife would like to have two cup holders left over :( If I missed something please let me know. I mean the design and the Processing quality of this holder A+ At the JKU it just doesn't work the way I thought it would.
